Udon Salad
Ingredients(1serving)
  • A pack of boiled Udon noodle
  • 60g 3cm dice cut Tofu
  • 3g dried small sardines
  • 20g shredded cucumber
  • 20g shredded egg
  • 5g sliced spring onion
  • 3g dried bonito flakes
  • 2 pieces of half cut cherry tomato
  • 100g Creamy golden-sesame dressing
Directions
  • ①Chill boiled Udon noodle.
  • ②Place all ingredients on a plate.
  • ③Pour Creamy golden-sesame dressing.

Chicken Steak

Ingredients(1serving)
  • 200g Grilled Chicken
  • 15g Creamy Nuts Dressing
  • 30g Grilled Potato (Sliced)
  • 7g Green leaf
  • 5g Letus
  • 5g Onion (Sliced)
Directions
  • ①Put grilled chicken and potato on a plate and pour Creamy Nuts Dressing over it.
  • ②Decorate with green leaf, lettus and onion.

Carpaccio of SASHIMI

Carpaccio of SASHIMI
Ingredients(1serving)
  • 80g your favorite Sashimi
  • 40g shredded Japanese radish
  • 20g shredded cucumber
  • 10g shredded carrot
  • adequate amount of spring onion
  • 20g Triple Balance non oil onion
Directions
  • ①Mix Japanese radish, cucumber and carrot.
  • ②Place them on a plate as dome-like shape.
  • ③Place Sashimi on it and top with spring onion.
  • ④Pour Triple Balance non oil onion.
